Every active Zoho deal, summarized daily

Coworker agents read your Zoho CRM accounts, contacts, deals, notes and activities, then write a daily summary for each deal with new activity. Ask an agent to update a deal, add a note or log a call, and it makes the change in Zoho CRM as you.

The Zoho CRM integration is in beta. It is live with early customers today. Book a demo and we will switch it on for your team.

What gets automated

Daily deal summaries

Each day, every deal with new activity gets a summary of its stage changes, notes, tasks, calls and meetings, and every line points back to its record in Zoho CRM.

Account and deal context

Agents know which account and main contact each deal involves, who on your team owns it, and where it stands in your pipeline.

CRM updates from chat

Ask an agent to create or update a lead, contact, account or deal, and it makes the change in Zoho CRM with your own Zoho permissions.

Notes and activities

Once you connect your own Zoho account, agents read full notes and call and meeting descriptions on the records you can see, and they add and edit notes, create and complete tasks, log calls and schedule meetings for you.

Setup

Live in minutes

1

Connect your Zoho CRM

A Zoho CRM user with the Administrator profile signs in with Zoho once for your company and gives Coworker read access. One connection covers the accounts, contacts, leads and deals of your whole team, and it never changes your Zoho CRM data.

2

Members connect their own Zoho

A Zoho admin makes sure your team's Zoho profiles have Zoho CRM API Access turned on. Then each team member signs in with their own Zoho account, so every change an agent makes in Zoho CRM is made as them.

3

Agents start working

As soon as Coworker has read your CRM, agents answer questions about your accounts and deals, and the daily summary covers every deal with new activity.

Security

Enterprise-grade from day one

Coworker is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and CASA Tier 2 certified. Your Zoho CRM data is processed securely and never used to train AI models.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A Zoho CRM user with the Administrator profile connects once and gives Coworker read access to your records, notes and activities, and to the users, roles, profiles, sharing settings and field permissions that decide who can see what. Coworker asks for an Administrator because Zoho CRM shows every record to Administrators, whatever their role, and it checks the profile when you connect. Team members who want agents to make changes sign in with their own Zoho account, and their profile needs Zoho CRM API Access, which Zoho turns off for the Standard profile by default. Coworker never asks for permission to delete records or to change your Zoho CRM settings.

Both. Once a team member connects their own Zoho account, agents can create and update leads, contacts, accounts and deals, add and edit notes, create and complete tasks, log calls and schedule meetings. Every change is made as that member and follows their Zoho permissions. Agents cannot delete records or change your Zoho CRM settings, and they do not write or send emails for you. Zoho can still send its own emails, such as meeting invitations and workflow alerts, the same as when you make the change in Zoho. The company connection has read access only, so it never changes your Zoho CRM data.

Coworker keeps a copy of the accounts, contacts, leads, deals, notes and activities it reads, so agents can answer from them and summaries can cite them. Which deals a person sees in Coworker, deal summaries included, follows their Zoho role, their Zoho profile and your organization's default sharing settings in Zoho, plus the access a Coworker admin grants in Coworker. Sharing rules, territories and records shared by hand in Zoho do not open extra deals in Coworker, and a deal summary leaves out any task, call, meeting or note that Zoho hides from someone who can see the deal. Coworker does not import attachments or emails.

Zoho CRM includes API access on every edition. Coworker works with production organizations hosted in Zoho's US, EU, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UK, UAE and Singapore data centers. Organizations hosted in China, and Zoho sandbox and developer organizations, cannot connect. Coworker caps its share of your organization's daily Zoho API limit, so your other Zoho apps keep most of it.

Coworker checks Zoho CRM for changes several times a day, so changes reach Coworker within hours, not instantly. A call or meeting that someone logs a few days late still makes it into the next daily summary. When an agent makes a change for you, it goes straight to Zoho CRM.
