Zendesk AI integration that reads your tickets and help center
Coworker's Zendesk AI integration searches your tickets, reads each full conversation, and answers next to your Jira issues, Slack threads and CRM. Agents can then add an internal note or a reply, update the ticket, or draft a help center article, with approval if you want it.
How Zendesk context reaches your AI tools
Coworker brings Zendesk together with the rest of your tools in OM2, its organizational memory, then answers in Coworker's own apps, or in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through Coworker MCP.
What support teams do with the Zendesk AI integration
Coworker reads every ticket and help center article, then ties them to Jira, your CRM and your calls.
What customers are hitting
Ask which open urgent tickets mention SSO this week and get the threads read and summarized for you.
Ticket to Jira
File the Jira issue with the customer's steps from the full ticket conversation, plus an internal note on the ticket that links the two.
Ticket metrics on request
Get a ticket's Zendesk metrics, like reply and resolution times, next to its conversation.
Help center gaps filled
Search your help center, then get a new article or an update drafted, saved as a draft if a person should publish it.
Context before a call
See which tickets an account's people opened lately and what they were about, next to CRM and call notes.

An admin connects Zendesk
An admin connects your Zendesk account to Coworker for the workspace, then chooses who can use it.
Turn on ticket updates per agent
Give update rights only to the agents that should create or change tickets, reply or write articles. Every other agent reads only.
Decide what needs approval
Tick Require approval for Zendesk on an agent. Each ticket change, reply or article then shows up as a card and only runs when someone approves it.
Every model needs the right context.
Zendesk AI can only see what lives in Zendesk. OM2 connects your tickets to the Jira issues, Salesforce accounts, and call transcripts around them in one permission-aware knowledge graph, so Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor starts every task with your customers, projects, and decisions already loaded.

Frequently asked questions
Coworker is a context layer for enterprise AI. It connects 50+ work tools, builds a permission-aware company graph called OM2, and runs agents that act across those tools, inside Coworker or in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through Coworker MCP.
Coworker MCP gives Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor one connection to Zendesk and the other tools Coworker connects. Admins choose who can use it. Zendesk's own MCP support works the other way round: Zendesk calls external MCP servers from its action flows.
For customer-facing automation, Zendesk AI is a strong fit: its AI agents resolve conversations and Copilot helps agents with triage inside Zendesk. Coworker covers the internal side of support, tying tickets to Jira, CRM and call data through 50+ connectors, with every reply and ticket change able to wait for a person's approval.
Tickets with their details and comments, ticket metrics, users, and help center articles with their sections and categories. Zendesk is also one of the sources Coworker's organizational memory draws on.
It can create a ticket with subject, priority, type, group, assignee and tags, update a ticket's status, priority, assignee or group, add a public reply or an internal note, and create or update help center articles. It does not delete or merge tickets, or run macros.
Only if you let it. You choose whether each reply goes out public or stays an internal note, and with Require approval on, every reply waits for a person who sees exactly how it will post.
You decide. With Require approval ticked, every ticket change, comment and article from that agent waits for a person. Each approved change comes back with a View in Zendesk link.
Yes. An agent can run on a schedule, when a meeting ends, or when someone asks in Slack. For example, a Monday summary of last week's urgent tickets posted to Slack.
Coworker can. Coworker reads a Zendesk ticket's full conversation, files the Jira issue with the customer's steps, adds an internal note on the ticket that links the two, and updates the ticket's status, priority or assignee. Each change can wait for a person's approval, and every reply can go out as a public reply or stay an internal note.
